A home infusion pharmacy is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist with IV certification to provide critical coverage during a leave of absence. This per diem opportunity spans three weeks, offering a dynamic role focused on sterile compounding and IV admixture within a specialized healthcare setting.

Location:

• Based in Houston, TX (flexible to travel for assignment)

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile IV admixtures in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Ensure accurate medication compounding using CareTend software (training provided)
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile compounding protocols
• Verify prescriptions and resolve medication-related issues

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• Current IV certification
