Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately for outpatient and clinic patients
• Provide patient counseling regarding prescriptions and medication usage
• Verify prescriptions for proper dosing, interactions, and contraindications
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain detailed pharmacy records and documentation

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current pharmacist licensure in the applicable state
• IV certification to support infusion therapy needs
• Experience in outpatient or clinic pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of drug therapies and pharmaceutical care
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
