A Home Infusion pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist certified in IV therapy to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This per diem opportunity offers a focused assignment from Monday, February 16th through Friday, March 6th with a Monday to Friday schedule and daytime shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding and intravenous admixture preparations in compliance with established protocols
• Ensure accuracy and safety in dispensing medications for home infusion patients
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff and healthcare providers to support patient care needs
• Utilize pharmacy software CareTend; training will be provided to those not yet familiar with the system

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TX Pharmacist License in good standing
• Current IV Certification demonstrating specialized expertise
• Recent and solid experience with sterile compounding and IV admixtures, critical for home infusion practice
