Position Details:

• Location: Houston, TX (proximity to Katy, TX)
• Duration: Monday, February 16 – Friday, March 6
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Software: CareTend (training provided if needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded intravenous admixtures accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy for home infusion patients
• Document all pharmacy activities in CareTend software, with training available to users new to the platform

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• Current IV Certification
