Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately according to physician orders and pharmacy policies
• Provide comprehensive medication therapy management, including IV medication preparation and administration oversight
• Counsel patients on their prescriptions and infusion therapies, ensuring understanding of dosage, administration, and potential side effects
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and home infusion teams to coordinate care and optimize treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate storage conditions for all pharmaceuticals

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current state pharmacy license
