Schedule:
- Wednesday, 9/2 to Friday, 9/4
- Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Check and verify infusion prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize CareTend system for medication management
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams regarding IV and TPN medications
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current and active Alabama pharmacist license in good standing
- IV certification and experience in home infusion preferred
- Inpatient pharmacy experience reviewing IV/TPN orders is acceptable
- Familiarity with CareTend system is an advantage
