A home infusion pharmacy requires a Staff Pharmacist with IV certification to provide coverage for a three-week leave of absence. This per diem assignment offers an opportunity to apply your sterile compounding expertise in a focused, professional setting.

Location:

• Plano, TX

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Assignment Dates:

• Monday, February 16 through Friday, March 6

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications and IV admixtures in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Utilize CareTend software for daily pharmacy operations; training available if needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• IV Certification required
• Recent and strong experience with sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation
