A Home Infusion pharmacy requires experienced pharmacist coverage for a three-week leave of absence. This per diem opportunity is based in Plano, TX, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care with a focus on sterile compounding and IV admixtures
• Maintain accuracy and safety standards in all compounding activities
• Utilize pharmacy software for prescription processing; training available for CareTend

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• IV Certification required
• Recent and solid experience with sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation
