Per Diem Staff Pharmacist IV Certified in Spring, TX

A Home Infusion pharmacy requires a licensed pharmacist to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This per diem opportunity spans three weeks and involves working in a supportive environment focused on specialized pharmacy services.

Location: Spring, TX
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  Dates: February 16 through March 6

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded IV medications adhering to safety and quality standards
• Utilize pharmacy software (CareTend) to manage orders and documentation; training is available
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care needs

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• IV Certification required
• Strong experience in sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation
