Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Software: CareTend (training provided)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify sterile compounded products and intravenous admixtures according to established standards
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines in home infusion pharmacy
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping within CareTend software
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
- Current IV Certification
- Recent and solid experience in sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation
