Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Jamaica, New York

Per Diem pharmacist opportunity available in a vibrant, highly populated Hasidic Jewish neighborhood. • Jamaica, NY

Schedule:

• Per Diem (flexible shifts available)

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical outpatient and retail pharmacy tasks, including filling and dispensing prescriptions
• Conduct patient consultations to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Manage pharmacy technicians and workflow efficiently
• Provide immunizations, requiring NYS immunization privilege
• Open and close the pharmacy as per retail operational standards

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current NY Pharmacist License with immunization privileges
• Retail pharmacy experience, specifically opening and closing a pharmacy
• Familiarity with Rx30 software preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of care
