Per Diem Pharmacist in Jersey City, NJ

This opportunity seeks a skilled pharmacy professional to provide per diem retail pharmacy services with ongoing Saturday coverage. The selected candidate will operate in a supportive environment with manageable volume and a focused schedule.

Location:

• Jersey City, NJ

Schedule:

• Saturdays, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispensing prescriptions with an average daily volume of approximately 50 scripts
• Providing patient counseling to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Performing data entry and pharmacy documentation tasks
• Utilizing Best RX computer systems to process prescriptions efficiently
• Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Jersey pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in Korean language to communicate with patients effectively
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows and software experience, especially Best RX, is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
