This role offers the chance to provide essential pharmacy services within a collaborative healthcare environment using EPIC and Pyxis systems. The position requires flexibility with a 4-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts on variable days and afternoons.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
  • Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapies and adjustments.
  • Apply principles of pharmacokinetics to optimize patient medication regimens.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon pharmacist license.
  • Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience.
  • Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule.
  • Proficient with EPIC and Pyxis systems preferred.
