Pharmacist - Klamath Falls, OR

A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a 100-bed community hospital in Southern Oregon. This position offers the chance to utilize your inpatient pharmacy skills in a collaborative healthcare environment serving the Klamath Falls area.

Schedule and Location:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Variable days with afternoon hours
• Located in Klamath Falls, OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide consultations to physicians and nursing staff
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to support medication management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Oregon pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Availability to work full-time for the contract duration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
