Opportunity for a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 340B pharmacy services. Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Lunch daily from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• No holidays or weekend work required
• Dates: January 29 and 30

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare drugs and prescription orders for collection or delivery
• Oversee ordering and inventory control for equipment and supplies
• Apply best practice protocols in storing prescription drugs and controlled substances
• Verify prescription details in collaboration with healthcare specialists
• Maintain approved drug lists and check expiry dates
• Monitor pharmacy product displays, shelves, and general appearance
• Address customer requests and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records including inventory, patient data, and insurance claims
• Provide telepharmacy support as needed
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager on staffing and pharmacy progress
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license (verified)
• Immunization license required
• Resume, skills checklist, and references must be provided
• Spanish language skills are a plus
