• Schedule Options: • Two positions: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM shift • One position: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM shift
• Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Pharmacy: This mail order renal specialty pharmacy fills approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, focusing on high-quality patient service. The pharmacy uses the Wellsky order entry system and operates without automation. There is no on-call requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) duties
• Conduct final verification of filled prescriptions to ensure accuracy
• Verify correct medication and packaging against prescriptions
• Confirm prescription directions and hard copy prescription information align
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and patient safety

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with valid state licensure
• Experience with prescription verification processes
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mail order pharmacy operations is a plus
• Proficient with pharmacy order entry systems, preferably Wellsky
