An established healthcare facility in Lafayette, IN is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing a consistent and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years’ relevant pharmacy experience
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist with an unrestricted Indiana license
• Clean criminal record with no felonies

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and resolve any issues, including prescriber communication
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed
• Supervise professional and support pharmacy personnel
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Fill prescriptions for pharmaceutical preparations and devices
• Submit claims for third-party reimbursement efficiently
• Provide pharmaceutical consultation to physicians, nurses, patients, and staff
• Monitor proper storage, distribution, and usage of pharmaceuticals
• Perform additional duties as assigned
