- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Indiana

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions
- Conduct drug utilization reviews and manage prescriber communications
- Compound and dispense prescribed medications safely
- Supervise pharmacy staff and support personnel
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Fill prescriptions for pharmaceutical preparations and devices efficiently
- Process third-party reimbursement claims appropriately
- Provide pharmaceutical consultations to physicians, nurses, and patients
