Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Lakewood, Ohio

An opportunity is available for skilled pharmacists to provide reliable per diem coverage within a retail grocery pharmacy setting. This position is part of a new pilot staffing partnership, initially focused on a location in Canton, OH, with plans to expand to additional sites depending on success. The role offers flexibility for pharmacists seeking ongoing PRN assignments and values consistent availability.

Location:

• Canton, OH (with potential to float between nearby area locations)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispensing prescriptions in a fast-paced retail grocery pharmacy environment
• Utilizing McKesson EnterpriseRx for prescription processing
• Collaborating with 2-3 technicians on shift to maintain efficient pharmacy operations
• Adhering to all regulatory and safety standards
• Participating in training and onboarding prior to first per diem shift

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required
• Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to float between area locations as needed
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent availability for PRN coverage

Training and Support:

• Comprehensive store training provided before starting
• Smock and necessary materials supplied
