Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist in Lansdale, PA

A growing long-term care pharmacy is seeking experienced pharmacy technicians to support multiple shifts with specialized duties including eKit preparation, prepackaging, and filling. This 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment serving a broad network of vendor contracts.

Location: Lansdale, PA (near Philadelphia area)
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Start Date: Immediate openings available; first wave began 2/23

Schedule / Shifts Available:

• Morning 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (eKit preparation)
• Morning 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (prepackaging)
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (filling)
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (filling)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare eKits accurately for patient medication regimens
• Perform prepackaging duties following protocol
• Fill prescriptions efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of pharmacy technician experience preferred
• PTCB certification preferred but not required, as PA does not regulate technicians
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to quality and accuracy in all assigned tasks
