A rewarding opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a small rehabilitation hospital in Billings, MT. This contract position offers the chance to work in a focused, patient-centered environment within a 40-bed facility dedicated to quality rehabilitation care.
Schedule and Location:
- Monday through Friday day shifts
- Based in Billings, Montana
- Immediate start with a contract duration of at least 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform order verification to ensure medication accuracy and safety
- Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient operations
- Consult regularly with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication therapies
- Manage pharmacokinetics and adjust medication regimens as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Montana (MT license required)
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred
- Availability to work full-time throughout the assignment
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
