Travel Inpatient Pharmacist South-Central Pennsylvania (PGY1 Preferred)

Ready for your next hospital pharmacy assignment? A large 500-bed medical center in south-central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel role starting asap. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy acute care setting, work with a strong clinical team, and build on your hospital experience in a well-established facility.

Details

Position: Inpatient Staff Pharmacist
Location: South-Central Pennsylvania
Duration: 13+ weeks (potential for extension)
Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams on medication therapy decisions
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience of at least 2+ years or recent completion of PGY1-Residency
• EPIC experience (required)
• Oncology and/or chemotherapy medication experience (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
