Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist - Levittown, PA

A healthcare organization in the Levittown, PA area is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians to support their long-term care and pharmacy operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with varied shifts and responsibilities focused on prescription dispensing and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble medication kits (EKits) and prepack medications accurately
• Fill prescriptions efficiently during assigned shifts, maintaining adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations

Schedule:

• Multiple shifts available including mornings (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) and afternoons/evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Immediate start for initial wave, with additional shifts beginning shortly after

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a pharmacy technician or relevant role
• Preferred PTCB certification, although not mandatory as PA does not regulate technicians
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Location:

• Levittown, Pennsylvania; candidates in the Philadelphia area or willing to commute are encouraged to apply
