Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Levittown, PA

A specialty pharmacy in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Staff Pharmacist for a 4-week assignment with the possibility of extension. This role offers flexible scheduling options, either Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or Monday, Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., accommodating different candidate preferences.

Schedule/Hours:

• Option 1: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  Job Type: Per Diem (part-time)
  Software: Pioneer Rx (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Bill prescriptions daily as they arrive and perform PVI (Pharmacy Verification Inspection) on all billed prescriptions for the day
• Assist with technician duties including inventory management
• Contact patients to schedule home delivery and assist with medication filling

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• An active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or specialty pharmacy settings
• Proven proficiency with Pioneer Rx software (required)
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
