Seeking an experienced pharmacist to support a community hospital setting with approximately 150 beds. This vital role requires a dedicated professional ready to start immediately and contribute to optimizing patient care and medication management within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Verify pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, maintaining smooth pharmacy operations
• Consult with physicians and healthcare providers regarding medication therapies
• Utilize healthcare IT systems such as Meditech, PharmacyKeeper, and Pyxis for documentation and medication management
• Support varying shifts, including days and afternoons, with some schedule flexibility

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Meditech is highly preferred; experience with PharmacyKeeper and Pyxis is a plus
• Full-time availability throughout the contract duration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when interacting with clinical staff
