Staff Pharmacist - Lexington, North Carolina

A focused opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist experienced in both sterile and non-sterile compounding within a specialty retail environment. This role offers a daytime schedule, providing a balanced work-life routine with the potential for direct hire after a 13-week contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing and order entry using PK software (training provided)
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding accurately and safely
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations specific to North Carolina
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and customers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage inventory and documentation efficiently

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Experience in sterile compounding highly beneficial
• Experience in non-sterile compounding preferred
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in North Carolina

Location:

• Lexington, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break daily
