Staff Pharmacist - Lititz, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong partnership with store operations to enhance associate engagement and communicate department goals effectively.
• Ensure prescription accuracy through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance that comply with state and federal regulations.
• Drive department profitability by supporting script growth with clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Collaborate with management to control inventory, analyze weekly sales, and optimize pharmaceutical stock.
• Align pharmacy operations with measurable performance metrics targeting efficiency and customer service excellence.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
• Work with healthcare providers and utilize reference resources to support patient medication management.
• Oversee pharmacy cleanliness, inventory cycle counts, and timely completion of daily tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization Certification.
