Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Littleton, Colorado

A Long Term Care Pharmacy in Littleton, CO, is seeking two experienced pharmacists for a per diem position with a 4-week contract to start, with potential for extension. This role offers an opportunity to work in a specialized setting, supporting medication management tailored to long-term care patients.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final product verification (PV1 or PV2)
  • PV1: Verify order entries completed by pharmacy technicians
  • PV2: Verify filled medications to ensure accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain high-quality medication distribution
• Adhere to all applicable regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License required
• Pharmacy experience in any setting is accepted; open to new graduates
• Experience with Frameworks software preferred but not mandatory
