Staff Pharmacist in Long Beach, CA

This part-time role offers an opportunity to contribute as a Staff Pharmacist in a long-term care pharmacy setting. Over a 4-week contract, you will work 3 to 4 days per week with flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final product verification, including:
  • PV1: Verifying order entry completed by pharmacy technicians
  • PV2: Verifying filled medication orders
• Ensure medication safety and accuracy in alignment with pharmacy protocols
• Collaborate efficiently with the pharmacy team to support patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License required
• Prior pharmacy experience in any setting preferred
• Experience with Frameworks software is a plus
• New graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported
