This opportunity offers a rewarding role as a Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist in a busy retail pharmacy setting located in Los Alamos, NM. Location: Los Alamos, NM
Schedule:

• Flexible start times at 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM
• Pharmacy hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating weekends)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling, ensuring clear communication and patient understanding
• Verify USP 800 non-sterile compounded prescriptions (verification only; no compounding required)
• Manage a high-volume pharmacy environment processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist License
• Experience with non-sterile compounding procedures is advantageous
• Background working in a high-volume pharmacy setting is beneficial
