A Per Diem Inpatient Pharmacist position is available to provide critical medication management in a small hospital setting. This role focuses on verifying prescriptions and supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate, safe, and effective patient care.

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Schedule:

• Saturday, 3/28, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday, 3/29, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately check and verify inpatient medication orders
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain smooth operations
• Utilize CPSI electronic medical records (EMR) system for documentation and verification
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Desired Experience:

• Active California pharmacist license
• Recent hospital compliance within the last 12 months is acceptable
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations and technician supervision
• Familiarity with CPSI EMR is preferred
