Staff Pharmacist | Los Angeles, California

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in an inpatient hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards
• Participate in competency assessments and required credentialing processes

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with at least two years of inpatient pharmacy experience, or completion of PGY1 residency (preference given to PGY1 candidates)
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail in medication management
• Ability to pass a pharmacy competency exam—candidates have one attempt only
• Successful completion of background checks and credential verifications
• Willingness to engage in a 4-6 week onboarding process before assignment start
