Key Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support efficient pharmacy operations
• Provide drug therapy advice to doctors and nurses
• Monitor and adjust medication dosages as needed
• Ensure adherence to hospital and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist License
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
