Staff Pharmacist - Maitland, Florida

This opportunity is for a remote Staff Pharmacist position supporting a dynamic retail pharmacy environment. The assignment offers a 12-13 week contract with specific start dates available in April and May.

Schedule:

• Work hours are either 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, accommodating extended business hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescription data at a pace of up to 70 scripts per hour to ensure timely and safe medication dispensing.
• Provide patient counseling focused on adverse events, offering critical information and support for medication safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license is mandatory.
• Proven experience working in high-volume retail pharmacy settings.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work requirements.
• High-speed internet connection of at least 500 Mbps to support remote verification and communication needs.
