An independently owned group of pharmacies in the Atlanta metro area is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to provide essential support at one location initially, with the potential to expand into a part-time floater role across four pharmacies. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist with retail experience looking to contribute to a growing family of pharmacies serving a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform primary retail pharmacy duties, including dispensing medications and patient counseling
  • Manage specialty medications and prepare packages for delivery via mail and courier
  • Float between multiple pharmacy locations as needed, adapting to varying workflows
  • Utilize PrimeRX pharmacy software (experience preferred) efficiently to manage prescription orders
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PrimeRX software is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with diverse patients
  • Reliable and adaptable to floating between pharmacies as required

Schedule / Hours:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shifts
  • Part-time per diem position initially, with the possibility of increasing up to 30-35 hours per week across multiple locations
