A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist for per diem shifts on Fridays in the Bucyrus, Ohio area. This role focuses on dispensing medications, delivering excellent customer care, and providing important information about prescriptions to patients.
Schedule:
- Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Dates: October 9, 16, 23, 30, and November 6, 2026
- Total of 42.5 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients on proper medication use and answer medication-related questions
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to support patient care needs
Ideal Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio pharmacist license required
- Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
