This Per Diem position offers the opportunity to work as a Staff Pharmacist in a retail and compounding environment. The role focuses primarily on retail order verification with some involvement in non-sterile compounding.

Location: Marion, VA
Schedule/Hours:

• Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting retail prescription checks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reviewing non-sterile compounded prescriptions and performing necessary calculations on formulas
• Utilizing Pioneer RX software for order entry and verification
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven retail pharmacy experience is required
• Familiarity with non-sterile compounding is a strong plus
• Active Virginia pharmacy license in good standing
