Staff Pharmacist | Marshfield, Wisconsin

A hospital-based pharmacist position is available on a contract basis in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hospital pharmacy experience who are licensed in Wisconsin or are willing to obtain an Act 10 temporary license, which the client accepts.

Location

• Marshfield, WI
• 250-bed hospital environment

Schedule

• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
• Shifts alternate between 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Workweek typically begins on Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Manage and dispense medications in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Valid Wisconsin pharmacist license or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment
• Strong knowledge of medication management and hospital protocols
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy systems preferred
