Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Medina, Ohio

An exciting opportunity is available for 1-3 reliable pharmacists to provide ongoing per diem coverage in a retail grocery pharmacy setting within Ohio. This position supports a new pilot staffing partnership beginning in Canton, with potential expansion to other locations contingent on success. Pharmacists with consistent availability and flexibility to float between area locations will be highly valued.

Location: Medina, OH (with potential travel to nearby sites)

Schedule: Per diem, ideal for candidates seeking flexible, on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, maintaining high-quality patient care
• Manage prescriptions using McKesson EnterpriseRx system, processing an average volume of approximately 800 prescriptions weekly
• Collaborate with 2-3 pharmacy technicians per shift to support workflow
• Adhere to retail pharmacy protocols and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Participate in training and onboarding prior to the first per diem assignment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required
• Recent retail pharmacy experience, preferably within a grocery pharmacy environment
• Ability to float between various area locations as needed
