Staff Pharmacist - Memphis, TN

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to contribute clinical expertise and grow within the organization, with a long-term opportunity to become a partial owner. This role is well-suited for a pharmacist passionate about delivering personalized care to patients with complex chronic conditions and interested in professional growth within a low-volume, specialty pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medications
• Manage factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and a range of novel subcutaneous and intravenous infusions
• Educate patients and their caregivers on complex drug administration, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe handling at home
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated patient care
• Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance processes, secure prior authorizations, and identify financial assistance resources

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required; willingness to obtain additional state licenses is a plus
• Experience with CareTend software highly desirable; training available for candidates without prior experience
• Strong work ethic and motivation to advance professionally within the company

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
