Staff Pharmacist | Memphis, Tennessee

A specialty pharmacy seeks a dedicated pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care with a focus on patients managing complex conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. Location:

• Memphis, TN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical patient management for infused drug therapies, including factor replacement and novel agents like emicizumab.
• Educate patients and families on medication administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe home handling.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist with navigating insurance plans, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs alongside reimbursement specialists.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Tennessee Pharmacist License (required).
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training available.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to grow within the organization.
