Staff Pharmacist | Memphis, Tennessee

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a driven Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Cordova, TN. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other diseases requiring infused medications.
• Manage therapies including factor replacement treatments, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions tailored to chronic conditions.
• Educate patients and their families on complex drug administration techniques, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe handling practices at home.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assist in navigating insurance plans, securing prior authorizations, and identifying financial assistance programs alongside reimbursement specialists.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee (required).
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training can be provided.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states is a plus.
• Strong drive and desire to learn and advance within the company.

Location: Cordova, Tennessee
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Volume: Low prescription volume, allowing for focused patient care.
