Staff Pharmacist in Memphis, TN

A specialty pharmacy in the Memphis area seeks a motivated Staff Pharmacist eager to grow professionally within a collaborative, low-volume environment. Location: Cordova, TN
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical patient management by providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care for conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other diseases requiring infused medications.
• Manage therapy-specific nuances involving factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions used for chronic conditions.
• Educate patients and families on drug administration techniques, side effect management, medication adherence, and safe home handling.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance processes, secure prior authorizations, and identify financial assistance resources.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (Arkansas license highly preferred)
• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed
• Familiarity with CareTend software is highly preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Strong work ethic, demonstrated drive, and eagerness to learn and expand clinical expertise
