Inpatient Staff Pharmacist in Meriden, KS

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced inpatient pharmacists to support a busy hospital setting in Meriden, KS. This 13-week contract position starts November 2 and offers a dynamic mix of day and evening shifts, including rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties such as dispensing, checking, and verifying medications.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to optimize patient medication therapies.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
• Valid Kansas pharmacy license must be in-hand at the time of application.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Candidates living more than 50 miles from the site are encouraged to apply.
• First-time travel pharmacists are welcome.

Schedule:

• Combination of day and evening shifts.
• Rotating weekend coverage.
