Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert retail pharmacy services, including prescription dispensing and patient counseling.
  • Administer immunizations and maintain accurate vaccination records.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and manage pharmacist-only sites as needed.
  • Participate in an 8-hour initial training session, with additional training options available.
  • Utilize QS1 pharmacy systems for daily operations.
  • Remain adaptable to cover shifts Monday through Saturday, typically from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with occasional extended hours until 8 p.m.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Active pharmacist license in Arizona with no restrictions.
  • Certified immunizing pharmacist with valid BLS certification.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with an average daily prescription volume of 100-125.
  • Strong team player prepared to work 2-4 days per week amid flexible scheduling needs.

Additional Details:

  • Multiple pharmacy locations within commuting distance of Phoenix; some travel may be required for outlying sites.
  • A small team of 2-3 pharmacists will be built to efficiently cover per diem needs, supported by strong technician assistance at most locations.
