Staff Pharmacist | Miami Beach, Florida

This opportunity is for a PRN Pharmacist position at a newly established compounding pharmacy specializing in non-sterile and soon-to-launch sterile compounding services. The pharmacy focuses on GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy primarily for females, and may expand into testosterone treatments. The small onsite team of approximately five employees is supported by additional remote operational and clinical staff.

Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate with training on 7/16; coverage starting 7/17
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Support daily operations during sterile compounding launch
• Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations
• Provide pharmacist coverage as needed during operational hours

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Experience in pharmacy start-ups highly preferred but not mandatory
• Background in sterile or non-sterile compounding preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience is acceptable
• Openness to training on compounding if necessary
