Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist | Miami Beach, Florida

A growing compounding pharmacy in Doral, FL, affiliated with a national telehealth pharmacy, is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to support their expanding operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a specialized pharmacy focusing on GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and female hormone medications, with plans to introduce sterile compounding services shortly. The team is small and collaborative, featuring approximately five on-site employees supported by remote clinical and operational professionals.

Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: PRN Coverage on the following dates:

• Monday, November 2
• Tuesday, November 3
• Monday, November 9
• Monday, November 16
  Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws through regulatory oversight
• Support operational workflows during the sterile compounding launch
• Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations on operational initiatives
• Provide pharmacist coverage as needed during business hours

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)
• Experience with pharmacy start-ups (strongly preferred)
• Background in compounding—sterile or non-sterile—or retail pharmacy experience
• Willingness to learn and train on compounding techniques if necessary
