A pharmacy located in Doral, FL is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to support both non-sterile and upcoming sterile compounding operations. This per diem opportunity starts ASAP, offering coverage on select Mondays and one Tuesday in November during regular business hours.

About the Pharmacy: This new, boutique facility is affiliated with a national telehealth pharmacy company. The pharmacy primarily focuses on GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and female hormone medications, with plans to expand into testosterone treatments. The site currently has approximately five on-site staff members, supported remotely by clinical and operational professionals. Non-sterile compounding has been established for over a year, with sterile compounding set to launch shortly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Support workflows associated with sterile compounding launch
• Review and help improve pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations
• Provide pharmacist coverage during scheduled operational hours

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Experience in pharmacy start-ups preferred but not mandatory
• Compounding background (sterile or non-sterile) is ideal; retail experience considered
• Willingness to train on compounding as needed
