Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Miami, FL

Provide essential pharmacy support in a fast-paced concierge setting that delivers medications directly to patients with efficiency and care. This role focuses on maintaining smooth daily operations within a primarily closed-door pharmacy, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing, and overseeing pharmacy technicians to uphold quality standards.

• Job Type: Per Diem
• Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Duration: Immediate start from March 27 through April 18
• Software Utilized: Pioneer Rx

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform opening and closing pharmacy procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Dispense medications accurately and safely to support same or next-day delivery schedules.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with other pharmacists and the full tech team to deliver exceptional patient service.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License (FL)
• Previous experience in retail or closed-door pharmacy environments
• Proficiency with pharmacy software, preferably Pioneer Rx
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere
