A per diem Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available supporting a concierge pharmacy specializing in same- or next-day medication delivery via courier in Miami, FL. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on efficient, patient-centered service within a primarily closed-door pharmacy. You will provide essential pharmacy services while collaborating with a team of pharmacists and certified technicians.

Location: Miami, FL
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties, including dispensing and verifying medications
• Open and close the pharmacy ensuring compliance with protocols
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Deliver exceptional service aligning with concierge pharmacy standards
• Utilize Pioneer Rx software for prescription processing and documentation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Florida pharmacist license required
• Proven experience in retail or closed-door pharmacy practice
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead pharmacy operations independently during assigned shifts
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a pharmacy team
