Per Diem Pharmacist in Miami, FL

A growing concierge pharmacy requires a per diem Staff Pharmacist to provide full-time support over the next 3-4 weeks. This role involves delivering medications to patients via courier, with a primary focus on a closed-door pharmacy model and potential limited medication pick-up.

Location: Miami, FL
Type: Per Diem
Duration: Start on Friday, March 27 – End on Saturday, April 18
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard retail pharmacy duties including medication dispensing and counseling
• Open and close the pharmacy as required
• Oversee and coordinate activities of the pharmacy technician team
• Utilize Pioneer Rx software for daily pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with other pharmacists and a full technician team to ensure smooth workflow and patient service

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Proven experience working in a retail or closed-door pharmacy setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
