A night pharmacist position is available in Delaware, offering a rewarding opportunity for licensed or soon-to-be licensed pharmacists. This role supports the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services in a hospital setting, focusing on clinical pharmacy practice.

Location:

• Middletown, Delaware

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM
• Every third weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and review medications ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical recommendations

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D degree, or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience
