Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Midvale, UT

A healthcare facility in Midvale, UT is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to provide immediate pharmacy support while the incoming Pharmacy Manager prepares for relocation. This per diem role is critical to maintaining seamless pharmacy operations during the transition period.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently using Rx30 pharmacy management software
• Collaborating with a strong team of pharmacy technicians to fulfill medication orders promptly
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies
• Providing clinical guidance and answering medication-related questions as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license in the state of Utah
• Experience working as a staff pharmacist in a hospital or managed pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with Rx30 software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team

Schedule/Hours:

• Per diem, covering dates from July 13 through July 31
