Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to enhance medication usage and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Promote ongoing improvements within the pharmacy scope of practice in a pediatric setting.
• Accurately process medication orders and prescriptions from authorized healthcare providers.
• Advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients on safe medication administration.
• Participate in the development and enforcement of medication safety policies, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Perform additional job functions as assigned to support the pharmacy team and patient care goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in pediatric pharmacy required.
• Strong knowledge of hospital inpatient pharmacy operations and best practices.
